Recipe preparation

Wash my breast and cut it into portioned medallions.

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, eggs, salt and herbs.

Pour sunflower oil into the pan.

Put our egg mixture on top of the medallion with a spoon and put the mixture down in the pan, sprinkle with cheese on top and pour the egg mixture.

Fry first on one side, then on the other, for a total of 8-10 minutes.
