Recipe preparation

Cut the fillet into small cubes

Beat the egg separately with a fork with mayonnaise, salt, pepper and cheese so that there are no lumps

Mix chopped fillets with this mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours

Then heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a pan

Spoon the minced meat (one spoonful for one cutlet)

Fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown
