Cut 200 grams of chicken breast into 10 gram pieces.
We remove 200 grams of chicken hearts from excess fat.
Cut 200 grams of chicken liver into medium-sized pieces.
Cut 50 grams of onion into longitudinal half rings.
Pour 100 grams of vegetable oil into a large frying pan, heat and fry the chopped onion.
Fry the onion until half cooked and move to the side.
Put chicken fillet cut into small pieces on the free half of the pan, fry on all sides, mix with onions and move to the side.
Put prepared chicken hearts on the free half of the pan, fry on all sides, mix with onions and fillets and move to the side.
Put chicken liver cut into small pieces on the free half of the pan, fry on all sides, mix with onions, fillets and hearts and move to the side.
Put 200 grams of chicken spleen on the free half of the pan, fry and mix everything well.
Add 0.5 teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of cumin, one teaspoon of turmeric and 0.5 teaspoon of ground black pepper.
