Recipe preparation

Chicken thighs (I had 4 pieces) free from the bone and unfold.

Filling: champignons (pre-fried in oil with onions, 160 grams left at the exit) + cheese + mayonnaise, mix everything.

Spread the filling over the chicken meat, wrap the roll, fasten with toothpicks and put in the same oil where the mushrooms were fried, stew until tender.
