Recipe preparation
Cut each fillet in half lengthwise to make plates, beat off slightly.
Season with salt, pepper, coat with garlic and spices.
Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200 ° C
Cut the cheese into cubes, about the width of the fillet, do the same with the tomato.
On each fillet, put a block of cheese and tomato (on the wide side) and roll into a tight roll.
Wrap each roll tightly with 2 slices of bacon.
Place the rolls in a heat-resistant form (no oil needed) and bake for 20-30 minutes.
