Recipe preparation
Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices lengthwise to make round fillets.
Boil the egg, three cheese on a fine grater.
Mix the cheese and egg with a tablespoon of sour cream (or mayonnaise).
We spread the filling on one half, cover the other with half and secure with a skewer.
Put on a baking sheet, greased with olive oil, bake for 30 minutes.
