Recipe preparation

Rinse and clean chicken stomachs

Put out in vegetable oil

Cut the onion and pepper into half rings

First add onions to the stomachs, and after a few minutes pepper

Salt, pepper, add spices

Put in the cream. Finely chop the herbs and garlic.
