Finely chop the onion and garlic, mix with the minced chicken, add the egg, ginger and soy sauce.
Form large balls.
Fry them in oil until golden brown, pouring the resulting juice during frying, pour in the chicken broth.
Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
Simmer the meatballs with the sauce over low heat for 15 minutes.
Place the cabbage leaves on top of the meatballs, cover and simmer for a few more minutes until the cabbage is steamed.
Lightly salt the cabbage.
