Mix 4 eggs, 4 tablespoons. mayonnaise, sweetener, salt and a little water.
Fry pancakes
Make a cream:
Mix 100 grams of butter, sweetener, 1 tsp. cocoa
Stir, let freeze in the cold.
Putting together the cake: grease each pancake with cream, put it on top of each other, spread with pure butter on top, and sprinkle with coconut.
Cool in the refrigerator for 10 minutes and cut into square cakes.
