Recipe preparation

Dilute gelatin in 1 tbsp. water and leave to swell.

Pour milk into a small saucepan, add coffee and bring to a boil, remove from heat.

Whisk the yolk with the sweetener and add to the hot milk.

Put the resulting mixture over low heat, heat, stirring constantly and not boiling.

When the mixture begins to thicken, remove it from the heat and dissolve the gelatin in it.

Leave to cool.

Pour sour cream (or cream) into the cooled mixture, mix.

Pour the mixture into molds or cups.

Refrigerate for 5 hours.

In order for the cooled dessert to easily separate from the molds, put them in hot water for half a minute.
