Recipe preparation
Mash the curd with a fork and half the sweetener.
Beat the butter with a mixer with the other half of the sweetener.
Then put in cottage cheese and beat with a mixer, add lemon zest here and mix well again.
Line a small saucepan with gauze and put the curd mass there.
Put a press on top (a three-liter jar of water) and leave in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
Then drain the water, put the curd mass in a bowl.
Form curds, roll in coconut flakes.
