
Egg rolls with meat filling

Take a raw egg, break it into a bowl, add salt on the tip of a knife and 1 tsp. sour cream
Beat the egg with a fork
Fry a pancake on both sides in a hot frying pan - turn it over very gently
While the pancake is fried, we make an egg mixture
As soon as one egg pancake is fried - immediately fry the next
We do this with all seven eggs - in the end we get 7 egg pancakes.
Chop the peeled onion, chop it finely and add to the minced pork
We also add salt and black pepper
Mix the minced meat thoroughly
Put some of the minced meat on one side of the egg pancake
Wrap in a roll
So we wrap all the pancakes - put the rolls in a baking dish
Add a tablespoon of sour cream and a pinch of salt to hot broth or boiled water, mix and pour the egg rolls so that they are covered a little more than half
We put the rolls in an oven preheated to 200?C and bake for about 15 minutes under foil and 10 minutes without it
We take out the rolls, sprinkle them with cheese grated on a fine grater and put them in the oven already turned off for 5 minutes so that the cheese melts.
