Sauté chopped onion with mushrooms. Grate the zucchini and mix it with the sautéed vegetables, ground meat, mayonnaise, spices, and salt.
Core the peppers and stuff them with the mixture. Sprinkle the tops with additional spices.
Simmer with a small amount of salted water for 30–40 minutes until the peppers are tender.
