Recipe preparation
Wash the fish fillet, pat it dry, and cut it into pieces.
Wash, peel, and grate the carrot on a coarse grater, then spread it on the bottom of a baking dish.
Place the fish fillet on top.
Spread a spoonful of mayonnaise on each portion and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F).
