Recipe preparation
Cut the pork into pieces. Beat the meat well, salt and pepper.
Prepare the filling: finely chop the onion, fry, then add the finely chopped mushrooms to it, fry for about 10 minutes more.
Boil eggs and grate on a fine grater.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Chop the pepper and cucumbers.
Mix all ingredients.
Put the filling on the broken meat pieces, roll up.
Tie the rolls with a thread and lightly fry in vegetable oil on all sides.
Transfer the fried rolls to a baking dish, pour over the sauce: mayonnaise (or sour cream) + tomato paste
Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180-200 ° C
