Recipe preparation
Cut trout and salmon fillets into 2x2 cm cubes.
Add trout and salmon fillets to the boiling broth.
Add shallots and minced garlic.
Cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
Remove shallots from the soup, add chopped parsley.
