Recipe preparation
Boil hard-boiled eggs and cover with cold water.
Peel and chop the green beans. Boil water, season with salt to taste, add beans and boil until soft (5-10 minutes). Rinse the cooked beans in a colander under cold running water.
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat, add green beans and saut? with butter for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Transfer the fried beans to a salad bowl and squeeze the garlic on top.
Peel the eggs and cut them into a bean salad bowl.
Salt to taste, season with mayonnaise and stir.
