Recipe preparation
Fry the frozen beans until golden brown over high heat, then simmer for about 15 minutes under a lid (if necessary, add a little water or broth).
Salt and pepper, add finely chopped garlic and bay leaf.
A couple of minutes before cooking, add the egg to the pan, mix well.
I added mayonnaise, a tea boat of sesame seeds, some adjika, and half a bell pepper.
