Recipe preparation

Pour the milk into a saucepan and put on the stove, over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Add salt and sweetener and bring to a boil.

Immediately after boiling, add kefir and stir until the mass curdles.

Throw this mass on cheesecloth, then hang it on cheesecloth over the sink for 15 minutes and let the serum drain.

Beat the egg and a little citric acid well.

Add the resulting cottage cheese to the beaten egg and beat again until a homogeneous fluffy mass is obtained.
