Recipe preparation

Chop the onion and garlic finely.

Heat a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour in oil, fry the onion until light golden brown.

Add garlic, paprika, salt and pepper to the onion.

Mix well.

Mix the broth and tomato paste, add to the saucepan.

Mix well.

Let it boil.

We reduce the heat to a minimum.

Add meat.

Cook, uncovered, for about 1-1.5 hours, until the meat becomes soft and tender.
