Recipe preparation
Boil stewed broth.
Add pickled cucumbers with the beef.
When it boils, add rice.
Fry grated carrots, onions and two tomatoes, after removing the skin and chopping finely.
Add frying to broth.
I added half a tablespoon of adjika.
Cook over low heat for another 10-15 minutes and add garlic just before readiness.
