Recipe preparation

Peel and grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, then squeeze out the excess liquid. Add an egg, season with salt, and mix well.

Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes, season with salt and spices.

Spread the zucchini mixture along the bottom and sides of silicone molds. Place the chicken fillet in the center.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 30 minutes.
