Recipe preparation

We make small balls from minced meat

We dip our meatballs, chopped cabbage into boiling water

Cook for 10 minutes, then add finely chopped onions and cook for another 10 minutes, add grated carrots and beets, bay leaf, salt

Add lemon juice a couple of minutes before the end and cook a little more until tender.
