Recipe preparation

Rinse the chicken liver and pour over boiling water to remove the bitterness.

Next, mix and grind with a blender.

Preheat a frying pan and pour oil into it.

Take the minced meat with a tablespoon and distribute each individual spoon in the pan, like a small cutlet.

Fry them over medium heat in a hot skillet.

Roast each side for three minutes.

Put all the finished pancakes in a small saucepan and pour 50 ml of boiling water into it.

Cover and put on low heat for 5 minutes.
