Recipe preparation

500gr. stir the minced chicken with 0.5 cups of cream and a well-beaten egg.

Grease the baking dish with oil, pour out half of the dough.

We bake in a heated oven for 15 minutes.

Remove the finished cake and cool.

We repeat everything for the second cake.

Baking cream:

200gr. fry the champignons with one onion until tender.

Salt and after cooling, place in a blender, adding half of the processed cheese.

Lubricate one cake with cream and cover with the second.

We cut the workpiece into diamonds and triangles, then each piece, pricked with a toothpick, roll the sides in finely chopped greens.

Gently removing a piece from a toothpick, put it on a dish and place it in the refrigerator.
