Recipe preparation

Wash, peel and boil the mushrooms.

Then cut them into slices and fry.

Cut the tomatoes into slices, cut the onion into small cubes.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Grease a saucepan with butter, put tomatoes in several layers, sprinkle them with salt and pepper.

Put mushrooms and onions on top.

Beat eggs with cream and ghee, pour over tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese, send to oven.
