Recipe preparation
In a frying pan greased with a drop of oil, fry finely chopped onions until golden brown.
Add chopped mushrooms, mix.
Fry onion with mushrooms until mushrooms are ready, salt and pepper to taste.
Stir, cook for one more minute and remove from heat.
Beat eggs with a whisk with a little salt and mayonnaise.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook the omelet over medium heat until cooked.
Put the finished omelet on a plate, put mushrooms on half of it, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cover the mushrooms with the other half of the omelet and serve.
