Recipe preparation
Chop the onion and garlic and fry in a little olive oil until golden brown
Chop the mushrooms and add to the pan.
Fry for about 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
Mix everything, salt, pepper and season with oil.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle on top.
Enjoy your meal!
