Cut the chicken into small pieces and lightly fry in vegetable oil. While the meat is cooking, shred the cabbage, peel the zucchini, and cut it into cubes. Add the cabbage and zucchini to the chicken, pour in a little water, cover with a lid, and simmer for about 50 minutes.
Optionally, you can add some carrots and bell pepper. About 10 minutes before it’s done, season with salt and pepper.
