Recipe preparation
Beat all ingredients for pancakes (melted butter, eggs, salt, mayonnaise) with a mixer until smooth.
Fry thin pancakes in a pan on both sides
Cool them completely before adding the filling.
Put Philadelphia cheese on every pancake
Top with chopped salmon or a strip of prosciutto (or ham)
Roll, wrap with cling film and refrigerate for 1-2 hours
Then cut into small rolls
Pierce with a toothpick and serve
