Recipe preparation
We clean the pike perch, wash it, cut it into fillets, cut the fillet into small pieces
Add the egg, mayonnaise, spices
We take zucchini, peel, chop on a coarse grater
Put the pike perch in a baking dish, put the zucchini on top and fill it with the mixture: egg + cream + mayonnaise
Top with three cheese and in a preheated oven for 40 minutes.
