Recipe preparation

Grind the garlic in a mortar, add ground pepper and paprika.

Grind again and add mayonnaise.

Pour water, vinegar and salt into a saucepan, bring to a boil.

Use a spoon to make a funnel and pour the egg into it.

To keep the egg nice and even, you need to keep stirring the water.
