Recipe preparation

Wash the pork, dry and cut into small pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, put pork there and fry over high heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, add onions, cut into half rings, fry again for 5 minutes.

Then add small carrots, cut into cubes, pour water, so that the meat covers, close the lid and simmer for about an hour.

After stewing, add spices, salt, 4 cloves of garlic and pour in the tomato sauce (paste), simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Add greens 5 minutes before cooking.
