Put the minced meat on a plate.
Finely chop the onion, add to the minced meat.
Do not forget to salt, pepper and season to taste.

Form medallions.
Fry the medallions over medium heat for 7-10 minutes on each side, with a little oil.
Cut the tomato into circles and place on the medallions.
