Recipe preparation
Cut the pork into thin portions and fry until half cooked in vegetable oil over high heat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the champignons into cubes, chop the onion, fry everything in a pan in oil, salt.
Grate cheese on a coarse grater, add chopped dill, mix.
Put the mushrooms with a slide on a piece of meat, coat with a little mayonnaise on top, and grind with a mixture of cheese and dill. Place in a preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
