Disassemble the head of cabbage into leaves.
Boil the cabbage leaves in salted water until tender.
Throw in a colander, let the water drain.
Finely chop the onion and lightly fry in hot oil.
Add minced meat, salt, pepper and fry until semi-cooked.
Lay in a greased form in layers, alternating cabbage leaves and minced meat.
Sprinkle each layer with grated cheese.
Fill everything with an egg, beaten with sour cream, and bake until tender.
When serving, cut into portions, decorate with tomatoes and herbs.
