Recipe preparation
Beat 5 egg whites until lather.
Add 150 gr of cottage cheese and beat again.

For the cream, mix 5 egg whites, 70 g of milk, sweetener.
Heat over low heat until creamy.
Remove from heat and add 100 g of butter, beat with a whisk.
