Recipe preparation
Cut the boiled beef into strips.
Tear lettuce leaves with your hands.
For the sauce: mix oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
Stir in lettuce, meat and dressing.
Cut the cherry tomatoes and quail eggs in half.
Put lettuce and meat on a plate.
Arrange the tomatoes and eggs on top.
