Recipe preparation

Wash the raw cauliflower and grate it coarsely.

Finely chop the dill and green onions, add them to the cauliflower, and drizzle with lemon juice.

In mayonnaise, add a little black pepper, paprika, and freshly crushed garlic (if you don’t have dried garlic), and mix well.

Dress the cauliflower with the sauce and add salt to taste.
