Recipe preparation
Take 4 salmon steaks, peel the skin from the scales, wash and dry with paper towels.
Salt and season each steak with fish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cut the tomatoes into rings, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Take foil, roll up in two layers and make something like "boats".
