Recipe preparation

Cut the salmon fillet into medium cubes, put in a preheated pan, leaving space between the pieces, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Cut the courgettes into cubes, fry for 5-7 minutes, add green onions, lemon zest and lemon juice.

Season with salt, pepper, cook for a couple of minutes.

Pour in the cream, simmer a little.

When serving, put the zucchini on a plate and fish on top.
