Recipe preparation

Olives, coarsely chopped garlic, 3 tbsp. chop olive oil and half the parsley in a blender.

Put the fish in a baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining oil, salt and pepper to taste.

Put the olive mass, parsley leaves and tomatoes cut into circles on top.

Sprinkle it with cheese.
