Recipe preparation
Chop the cabbage into thin strips, finely grate the carrots, chop the onion into thin half rings, and finely chop the greens.
Salt the cabbage and mash it well with your hands so that it gives juice and becomes softer.
Add the rest of the ingredients and garlic passed through a press, season with unrefined sunflower oil.
Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for half an hour.
