To prepare the sauce, combine the yolk, sunflower oil, mustard oil, mustard, salt.
Mix the ingredients into a homogeneous mass and beat until slightly thickened.
Chop the onion, hard-boiled eggs and grate cheese.
On a greased baking sheet, place round cakes of raw minced meat, salt and pepper.
Put a layer of onion on each minced meat cake.
