Recipe preparation

Cut the meat into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown

Add onion, cut into half rings, to the meat, mix and fry for another 3 minutes

Pour in the peppers, cut into strips, halves of the mushrooms (if the mushrooms are large, we cut them into quarters, if they are very small, we throw them whole)

Grated carrots and tomato paste on a coarse grater, fry for another 5 minutes

Then pour 300 ml of water and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes

Stir a couple of times in the process and, if necessary, add water

Serve with vegetables, sprinkle with chopped dill
