Recipe preparation

Cut the eggs into halves, take out the yolks.

Put the yolks in a bowl, add mayonnaise and salt and pepper.

Rub with a fork until smooth.

Chop the ham and green onion very finely.

Mix with yolks and cheese.

Put the yolk cream in the egg halves, decorate with parsley leaves.
