Wash, dry and chop the meat with a blender.
Mix eggs, mayonnaise (2 tablespoons), salt, pepper with minced meat.
To stir thoroughly.
Cut the cheese (50 grams) and butter for the filling into cubes.
Form a ball of minced meat with wet hands, knead it into a circle.
Put cheese in the center and butter on the cheese. Pinch the edges.
Fry the cutlets in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Fold the cutlets into a mold. Pour the oil, in which the cutlets were fried, into a mold for the cutlets, add a little more water.
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices, put on top of the cutlets.
Grate the cheese (200 grams) on the finest grater and sprinkle on top of the tomatoes, press a little with your hand.
Sprinkle with mayonnaise on top.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 45-50 minutes.
