Recipe preparation

Fry mushrooms and onions in a skillet, let harden.

Rub the turkey fillet with pepper and salt, beat off a little, put in layers, spread the mushrooms and wrap them in rolls.

Put some greens on top of the rolls: cilantro and parsley

I knitted with threads, but, as practice has shown, it is better to wrap it in foil.

We send all this miracle to the oven for 30-40 minutes.

A few minutes before cooking, you will need to cut the foil and put cheese on top.

Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
