Recipe preparation
Remove the stems from the mushrooms and scoop out the insides of the caps.
Finely chop the stems and mix them with finely chopped onion. Sauté until soft and season with salt.
Add sour cream and cook for another minute.
Stir in finely chopped dill and remove from heat. Add 2 tablespoons of grated cheese to the mixture.
Stuff the mushroom caps with this mixture, sprinkle with more grated cheese, place on a baking tray, and add a little water.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
