Five dynamic cardio workouts are presented that are more fun and effective than the usual 20-minute treadmill run. Cardiovascular exercises are necessary to maintain low body fat percentage and showcase defined muscles. Cardio is not everyone's favorite, but it is necessary, so aerobic workouts are built on the same principle as strength training – made interesting, intense, and fun.

Instead of long, monotonous running, jumps, sprints, and high-repetition exercises are suggested that get your heart pounding and burn fat. Five fat-burning sessions are presented. They are quite intense, so start with one workout per week, and as your endurance increases, increase to 2-3 times per week. The key rule is to keep rest as short as possible: as soon as you catch your breath, immediately move on to the next set.
